I had a great experience. The office is beautiful and scheduling was easy. NP Caitlin Giordano was patient, knowledgeable, and realistic about treatments- counseling me thoroughly on expectations and limitations. I felt very comfortable in her care and that she prioritized my interests and goals over upselling product and services. Highly recommend.

Jenna is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she an excellent nurse , but she truly cares about the way she treats her patients. She is kind, caring, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. As someone who is not very comfortable with needles, Jenna goes above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every step of the way. Her professionalism paired with her genuine compassion makes such a difference. I highly recommend Jenna for any treatments at Jolie, you will be in the best hands!

I had a really good experience overall at Jolie Aesthetics and my results look amazing. Jenna did my lip filler and she truly did a beautiful job. My lips look very natural and balanced, and the staff there is friendly and welcoming. The reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a miscommunication during my follow-up appointment. When I originally booked my half syringe, I was under the impression that the follow-up touch-up was included in the original price. When I came back for that appointment, Jenna added a small amount more filler. I wasn’t told beforehand that adding that amount would be an additional charge, and I only found out at the front desk that it was $210. I completely understand paying for additional product, but I do think pricing should be clearly communicated before anything is injected so patients can decide in the moment. Since I came in thinking the touch-up was part of the included follow-up, the unexpected charge caught me off guard. I did call afterward to explain the situation, but was told there unfortunately wasn’t anything they could do about it. That said, Jenna is very talented and I really do love how my lips turned out. I just hope the office can be a little clearer about what is included in follow-ups versus what counts as additional filler in the future.

I had my first SkinPen microneedling treatment today at Jolie and Alicia was my provider. She was SO sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, benefits, and aftercare, which made me feel confident that this was the treatment for me. She was so caring and professional. The space was extremely clean and calming. I felt comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated Alicia’s attention to detail. Answering every question I had. I’m looking forward to my results and will absolutely be back!
